All TD1WORLD orders ship from Perth, Western Australia.

PROCESSING

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

AUSTRALIA

• Standard shipping: FREE on every order. Usually 2–6 business days.

• Express shipping: AU$15. Usually 1–3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

We ship to 27 countries. Rates are shown in your currency at checkout.

• New Zealand: US$16

• Asia (Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore): US$19

• USA, Canada, UK and Europe: US$25

• Middle East (UAE, Israel): US$29

Free international shipping on orders over US$160.

International delivery usually takes 6–15 business days.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYS & LOST PARCELS

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs and peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email td1@td1.world with your order number and we'll help track it down.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it.
